Gourmet night at the crib: Duck n' taters

I love duck meat, being from the South and all, where there's stores that sell local game to eat in Georgia. But here in Asia, duck (ironically) is expensive. Got lucky when I caught a half price sale today... So, tonight it's gourmet night!!
